When you're ready to dive into the Blue Surf experience, here's how the booking process unfolds: Let us know your preferred dates, group size, and we'll get back to you pronto. Once we've got dates locked in, we'll shoot you an email confirming the temporary reservation we've held for you. This reservation is secure for 5 days, and if applicable, we'll collaborate with you on the kind of accommodation you'd like to secure during your time with us. To officially seal the deal, a 50% deposit is required.

When you're set to confirm, we'll send out an email with your reservation and a link to our secure online payment system. Just a couple of clicks, and you're booked!

The remaining 50% is due a month before your travel. At that point, get ready for a detailed questionnaire where we'll delve into your preferences – from surf journey tidbits to your desired activities. Oh, and we'll need your flight details (arrival & departure) to make transfers smooth sailing. This groundwork ensures a tailored and seamless time with us.

Reservation Modifications: Once your reservation is confirmed, altering the dates is not possible unless you decide to cancel your current reservation and make a new booking for alternate dates.

Cancellation Policy - More than 14 Days Prior to Arrival: If you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, we'll provide a reimbursement only if we can sell your surf package to another client. This refund can be issued or held as credit for future use, with a $250 administrative fee per person retained.

Pregnancy and Surfing: For safety reasons, we can't permit surfing for pregnant individuals. This policy applies if you become pregnant between booking and within 14 days of your arrival. We can reimburse only if we resell your spot following our standard cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy - Within 14 Days of Arrival: If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, regrettably, we can't offer reimbursement. This also applies to pregnancy within 14 days of arrival – no reimbursement.
COVID-19 Considerations: If you test positive for COVID-19 within 3 days of arrival, we're unable to accommodate you in the surf program, and no refunds or credits will be provided.

Cancellation by Blue Surf: If we must cancel your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (like a natural disaster), please note we can't be held liable for refunds or travel expenses.
